专利说明:
[0001] The present invention relates to the field of spectacle frames and, more particularly, to the so-called "rimmed" frames which surround the peripheral edge of the glasses. Conventionally, a pair of glasses consists of a spectacle frame in which are mounted solar glasses, sight or fantasy. The spectacle frame comprises a main frame adapted to receive said glasses, and two branches mounted at the lateral ends of said main frame. Each branch is connected to the main frame by means of a hinge which allows mainly to fold / unfold the branch. In addition, the main frame has a nose bridge on which are mounted nose pads adapted to improve the comfort of the user when wearing the mount. In practice, the nose bridge is formed in the same material as the main frame, in particular in acetate, while the nose pads are in another material and fixed by gluing according to different more or less long and binding processes. [0002] Given the large number of components, a spectacle frame is long and complex to assemble by a manufacturer or an optician, which increases the cost. In addition, an eyeglass frame is a fashion accessory, it is necessary to design a large number of frame models to meet all the desires of users, which has another drawback. The invention therefore aims to overcome at least some of these disadvantages by providing a new mount which is easy to assemble and whose appearance can be conveniently adapted while having a reduced manufacturing cost. [0003] GENERAL PRESENTATION OF THE INVENTION The invention relates to an eyeglass frame comprising a main frame comprising two openings able to receive two glasses respectively, at least one opening comprising an inner peripheral edge capable of cooperating with an outer peripheral edge of a glass, the eyeglass frame comprising at least one functional organ. [0004] The mount is notable in that the inner peripheral edge of said opening has at least one housing in which said functional member is mounted, said functional member being configured to be locked in position by said lens when mounting the lens in said opening. [0005] By functional organ is meant any organ capable of being connected to said main frame in order to fulfill a function, in particular a branch, a nose pad support, an additional face for the main frame, a wedge pad, etc. Thus, a single mounting step is sufficient to lock the glass and the functional members in position, thereby considerably limiting the mounting time of a frame. In addition, the functional member mounts naturally without use of reported fastener. Advantageously, the main frame performs a function of "tool holder" and allows to easily connect a large number and a wide variety of functional organs. [0006] Preferably, said functional member is removably mounted in said housing. The aesthetic appearance and ergonomics (sizes and shapes of the functional organs) of an eyeglass frame can be changed over time. In addition, the assembly of the functional member is fast and does not require a bonding / welding step. Advantageously, the use of a functional member of the pitch pad type makes it possible to adjust the mounting clearance when the opening of the main frame is too large with respect to the dimensions of the glass. The use of a thicker functional member modifies the peripheral edge of the glass and allows mounting. In the prior art, it would have been necessary to manufacture again a glass of suitable dimensions, which had an additional cost. [0007] Preferably, said functional member comprising a fixing portion intended to be mounted in said housing, the fixing portion comprises a closure face adapted to ensure the continuity of the peripheral edge of the opening when the fixing portion is mounted in his dwelling. [0008] Thanks to the closing face, the opening of the frame is similar to that of a traditional mount when the fixing portion is mounted in its housing. An optician can thus mount the glass in a traditional manner, which is advantageous. [0009] Preferably, said inner peripheral edge of the opening having a main groove, the closure face has an auxiliary groove. Thus, the glass is securely held in a peripheral groove. Preferably, the grooves are aligned to form a continuous overall groove similar to a mounting groove of a mount according to the prior art. Preferably, the attachment portion of the functional member and said housing have complementary shapes so as to limit play and facilitate assembly. [0010] Preferably, the attachment portion has a circular or dovetail section, but other forms of section may be suitable. According to one aspect of the invention, the inner peripheral edge of the opening comprises at least two housings in which are respectively mounted two functional members, preferably a wafer member and a branch member. Preferably, the inner peripheral edge of the opening comprises only two housings. [0011] According to one aspect of the invention, each opening has an inner peripheral edge having at least one housing in which is mounted a functional member. Thus, all the openings of the frame can be equipped with a functional member. [0012] The main frame has a rear face intended to be turned towards the user and a front face opposite to the rear face. Preferably, said functional member is adapted to be mounted in the housing from the rear to the front. Thus, a simple translation allows to mount a functional organ. The complementarity of the shapes 5 of the fastening portion of the functional member and of said housing make it possible to keep the functional member stable in its housing before being locked by the glass. According to one aspect of the invention, said housing is traversing from front to back. Thus, the functional member is visible on the front face of the frame, which can help improve the aesthetic appearance. According to another aspect of the invention, said housing comprises a front stop wall adapted to block said functional member. Thus, the fixing portion of the functional member is concealed by the abutment wall, only the frame is visible on the front face. Such abutment wall is advantageous for limiting the translation of the functional member during its assembly in the housing. Preferably, said functional member comprises a stop portion adapted to abut with the main frame during assembly of said functional member. Such abutment portion is advantageous for limiting the translation of the functional member when the housing is through. In one aspect, said functional member is a branch member. Thus, the branch 25 can be mounted to the main frame as a modular component, which allows to freely choose its shape, color and size. In another aspect, said functional member is a nose pad support member. Thus, the wafer carrier can be mounted to the main frame as a modular component, allowing free choice of shape, color and size. Advantageously, it is no longer necessary to secure the nose pads by welding as in the prior art, which is a significant time saver. [0013] The invention also relates to a pair of spectacles comprising a frame as presented above and at least one glass mounted in said opening and locking in position said functional member. [0014] The invention also relates to a method of mounting at least one lens in a spectacle frame as presented above, the method comprising: a step of insertion of the functional member into said housing of the inner peripheral edge of said frame; opening ; and a step of mounting a lens in said opening to lock said functional member in position. Thanks to the invention, it suffices for a single mounting step to lock in position the glass and the functional organs (branch, nose pad support, etc.), which makes it possible to significantly limit the DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE FIGURES The invention will be better understood on reading the description which will follow, given solely by way of example, and with reference to the appended drawings, in which: FIG. schematic representation of a spectacle frame according to the invention; FIG. 2 is a close-up view of a nose pad support member; Figs. 3A-3B are sectional views of the mounting of the nose pad support member in a main frame; Figure 4 is a close-up view of a branch member; Figs. 5A-5B are sectional views of the mounting of the branch support member in a main frame; Figure 6 is a diagrammatic representation of a fastener portion of a branch member; Fig. 7 is a schematic representation of a first form of mounting a functional member in a main frame housing; Figure 8 is a schematic representation of a second form of mounting a functional member in a main frame housing; Fig. 9 is a schematic representation of a third form of mounting a functional member in a main frame housing; and Figure 10 is a schematic representation of a fourth form of mounting a functional member in a main frame housing. It should be noted that the figures disclose the invention in detail to implement the invention, said figures can of course be used to better define the invention 10 if necessary. DESCRIPTION OF ONE OR MORE EMBODIMENTS AND IMPLEMENTATION With reference to FIG. 1, there is shown a rimmed frame 1 comprising a main frame 2 comprising two housings 3 able to receive lenses 4 respectively. In this example, each opening 3 comprises an inner peripheral edge 30 adapted to cooperate with an outer peripheral edge of a glass 4. Such an opening is also known to those skilled in the art under the designation of strapping. [0015] Still with reference to FIG. 1, the frame 1 comprises two branch members 5 and two nose pad support members 6 which are hereinafter referred to as functional members. For the sake of brevity, nose pad support members 6 are hereinafter referred to as "pad members 6". [0016] In this embodiment, the inner peripheral edge 30 of each opening 3 has two housings 31 in which are mounted two functional members, in particular a branch member 5 and a wafer member 6. The functional members 5, 6 are configured to be locked in position when mounting a glass 4 in its opening 3 as will be presented later. [0017] In this example, the functional members 5, 6 are removably mounted so that they can be replaced in a simple and practical manner to make the frame evolve over time. Nevertheless, it goes without saying that the functional members 5, 6 could be mounted permanently, for example, by using glue, the mounting of the glass 4 to secure the assembly. Thanks to the invention, the frame 1 has a modular structure comprising five independent components (main frame 2, branch members 5, wafer members 6, etc.). Also, if one has a collection of main frames 2, a collection of branch members 5 and platelet members 6, one can assemble a mount 1 of original aesthetic appearance by combining several components of said collections. [0018] In addition, the assembly of the frame 1 is very simple to carry out since the mounting of the glasses 4 makes it possible to lock the functional members 5, 6 concomitantly. Advantageously, the mounting of the glasses 4 is similar to the prior art and can therefore be performed quickly and conveniently by opticians. [0019] The different components of the spectacle frame 1 will now be presented in detail. In this example, still with reference to FIG. 1, the main frame 2 comprises two openings 3 adapted to receive glasses 4. The main frame 2 is in this example made of acetate, but it is obvious that other materials could suit, in particular, any metallic or plastic material. As illustrated in Figure 1, the main frame 2 is substantially flat but it goes without saying that it could be different, in particular, curved. [0020] In known manner, the main frame 2 has a rear face intended to be turned towards the user and a front face opposite to the rear face. The terms "back" and "forward" will be used later in accordance with this definition. [0021] Each opening 3 comprises an inner peripheral edge 30 adapted to cooperate with an outer peripheral edge of a glass 4. In this example, again with reference to FIG. 1, the inner peripheral edge 30 has a main groove 32 to allow to lock a glass 4 stably in the frame 1. Preferably, the main groove 32 has a section having a V-shape in order to facilitate the mounting of the glass 4. Nevertheless, it goes without saying that the section of the groove 32 could have a different shape. As previously indicated, each inner peripheral edge 30 has two housings 31 in which are mounted two functional members 5, 6. In other words, the housings 31 form discontinuities in the inner peripheral edge 30. As a result, the groove 32 on the edge Inner device 30 also has discontinuities. Advantageously, when the functional members 5, 6 are introduced into the housings 31, the peripheral edge 30 is again continuous as will be presented hereinafter. In this example, each opening 3 has a housing 31 at its outer lateral end for mounting a branch member 5 and a housing 31 at its inner side end for mounting a wafer member 6 as illustrated in FIG. It is obvious that the housings 31 may be placed at other places on the peripheral edge of the opening so as to form original frames. [0022] In this example, with reference to FIGS. 2 to 5A-5B, each housing 31 is open from the rear so as to allow a functional member 5, 6 to be mounted in a housing 31 by translation from the rear to the rear. 'before. Such an assembly is simple to achieve in a reduced time. In particular, as shown in Figures 3A and 5A, each housing 31 is traversing from front to back. Thus, when a functional member 5, 6 is mounted in a housing 31, it is visible on the front face of the main frame 2 as illustrated in FIG. 1. In other words, the functional members 5, 6 can participate in to improve the visual appearance of a mount 1. According to another embodiment, as illustrated in FIGS. 3B and 5B, a housing 31 may comprise a front stop wall 33 adapted to block said functional member 5, 6 during its forward translation. Such a stop wall 33 also makes it possible to conceal the functional member 5, 6 when it is located in its housing 31. In other words, when a functional member 5, 6 is mounted in a housing 31 comprising a wall stop 33, it is not visible on the front face of the main frame 2 of the frame 1. Any type of glass 4 may be used in said frame 1, in particular, a corrector glass, tinted or fancy or a lens. Each lens 4 has an outer peripheral edge, preferably beveled as shown in FIGS. 3A-3B and 5A-5B in order to cooperate with the groove 32 of the openings 3 of the frame 1. In this example, each functional member 5, 6 comprises a fixing part 7 10 intended to be housed in a housing 31. As illustrated in FIGS. 2 to 5A-5B, the fastening portion 7 of a functional member 5, 6 has a shape complementary to the housing 31 in which it is mounted so as to to facilitate its insertion and allow a precise assembly, that is to say, devoid of functional play that can generate vibrations. Preferably, a mortise connection between the functional member 5, 6 and the housing 31 is particularly suitable and simple to implement. As illustrated in FIGS. 7 to 10, the fastening portion 7 of a functional member 5, 6 may have a mortise-and-tenon (FIG. 7), half-mortise and tenon (FIG. Figure 9) or T-shaped (Figure 10). Nevertheless, it goes without saying that other forms may be suitable. Preferably, with reference to FIGS. 2 to 6, the fastening portion 7 comprises a closure face 70 adapted to ensure the continuity of the peripheral edge 30 of the opening 3 when the fixing portion 7 is mounted in its housing 31. The closure face 70 is preferably curved to match the shape of the outer peripheral edge of the glass 4. In addition, preferably, as shown in FIG. 6, the closure face 70 has an auxiliary groove 71 in order to cooperate with the outer peripheral edge 30 of the glass 4. Preferably, the auxiliary groove 71 of the closure face 70 extends in the extension of the main groove 32 of the peripheral inner edge 30 of the opening 3 to form a groove overall device in which can be mounted the glass 4 as shown in Figure 7. [0023] Preferably, with reference to FIGS. 3A, 3B, each functional member 5, 6 comprises an abutment portion 8 adapted to abut against the rear face of the main frame 2 in order to limit the displacement of the attachment portion 7 during its translation forward in the housing 31. [0024] As illustrated in FIGS. 2 and 3A-3B, the wafer members 6 each include an attachment portion 7. The said attachment portions 7 are respectively inserted into the housings 31 located at the inner lateral ends of the openings 3. Each wafer member 6 further comprises a nose pad. Similarly, with reference to FIGS. 4 and 5A-5B, the branch members 5 each comprise a securing portion 7. Said fixing portions 7 are respectively introduced into the housings 31 situated at the outer lateral ends of the openings 3. Each branch member 5 further comprises a hinge so as to allow the folding of the branch. Advantageously, thanks to the invention, the main frame 2 does not necessarily have to have a support leg of the branches as in the prior art, which limits the cost of manufacture. In a preferred manner, a collection of branch members 5 and wafer members 6 of different shapes, sizes and shapes can be provided in order to adapt to the morphology and aesthetic preferences of each user. . Functional organs have been presented in the form of a branch member 5 and a wafer member 6 but it is understood that the functional members could be of different natures. By way of example, a functional member could be in the form of a support member adapted to connect auxiliary components to the front face of the main frame 2, for example, traditional or special solar filters, professional filters or specific hobbies, a camera of reduced dimensions, a microphone, lighting means (LED, etc.), nasal or temporal protection against the sun (glasses for glacier). In other words, in the manner of a tool holder, the support member makes it possible to connect different auxiliary components, preferably in a removable manner. For this purpose, the additional element comprises a front part comprising fixing means extending on the front face of the main frame 2 and a rear part, forming the fixing part, which is locked between the glass 4 and the peripheral edge 30 of the opening 3. The means for fixing the support element can be mechanical but also magnetic. A functional member may also be in the form of a setting pad adapted to catch a too large mounting gap between a glass 4 and the opening 3 intended to receive the glass 4. In fact, when the opening 3 machined in the main frame 2 is larger than the glass 4 it must accommodate, just use a wedge between the edge of the opening 3 and the glass 4 to catch any mounting clearance and allow mounting optimal. It is thus no longer necessary to make a new glass 4 adapted to the dimensions of the opening 3. A method of mounting glasses 4 in the eyeglass frame 1 will now be presented. [0025] In this exemplary embodiment, an optician first selects the components of the frame 1 that he wants to assemble, that is to say, the main frame 2, the branch members 5 and the wafer members 6. It goes without saying that the branch members 5 or the wafer members 6 of the same frame 1 may be identical or different. Advantageously, flat nose pads, used in the case of high myopia, can be integrated into any type of main frame 2. Next, the optician inserts each functional member 5, 6 in the housing 31 of the openings 3. For this purpose, it translates the attachment portions 7 of the branch members 25 from the rear to the front in the housings 31 located at the outer lateral ends of the openings 3 of the main frame 2. In the mounted position, the closure face 70 of the fixing portion 7 extends in the continuity of the inner peripheral edge 30 of the opening 3 in which it is mounted as shown in Figures 4 and 5A-5B. The wafer members 6 are similarly mounted in the housings 31 at the inner lateral ends of the openings 3. Once the functional members 5, 6 are mounted, the inner peripheral edge 30 of each opening 3 is continuous. In this example, it further comprises a global peripheral groove 30 which is formed partly in the main frame 2 and partly on the closure faces 70 of the functional members 5, 6. The optician then performs a mounting step of a glass 4 in the opening 30 to lock said functional members 5, 6 mounted in said opening 30. The mounting of the glass 4 is performed in a manner similar to the prior art, which is convenient. The second lens 4 is mounted in the frame in a similar manner. Thanks to the invention, a personalized pair of spectacles can be mounted quickly and conveniently by an optician. The cost of a mount is limited while optimizing customization possibilities. The invention has been presented for a main frame having apertures with a peripheral edge formed in the main frame but the invention also applies to a so-called "half-moon" main frame in which the aperture is formed in part by a stretched cable, in particular nylon.
